Networking Fundamentals


ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ သုံးစြဲေနေသာ Network(ကြန္ယက္) ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလုံးဟာ အရမ္းက်ယ္ျပန္႔လွပါတယ္။ ဘာလို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ Neural Network(biological Network), Radio Network(ေရဒီယိုကြန္ယက္), Television Network(ေကဘယ္ကြန္ယက္), Telecommunications Network(ဆက္သြယ္ေရးကြန္ယက္), Social Network(လူမႈေရးဆက္ဆံေရး), Transportation Network(လမ္းပမ္းဆက္သြယ္ေရး) ဆိုျပီး Network အမ်ဳိးမ်ဳိးရွိလို႔ပါပဲ။ ကြန္ျပဴတာသမားေတြေျပာေနၾကတဲ့ Network ေတာ့ Data Communication Network ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္႔ Blog မွာလည္း Network, Networking, ကြန္ယက္ စတာေတြကို
Data Communication Network ကိုပဲရည္းညႊန္းသုံးစြဲမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Network ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ရၿခင္းရဲ့ အရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ကေတာ့ ေနရာအဆုံမွာရွိေနေသာလူေတြ၊ အလႊာအသီးသီးကလူေတြဟာ ကြန္ျပဴတာ၊ ဖုန္း၊ အျခားဆက္သြယ္လို႔ရမယ့္ devices ေတြသုံးျပီး Information(သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္)ေတြကို ဖလွယ္(share)ဖို႔ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲလိုကြန္ျပဴတာေတြကို ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ျပီးဖလွယ္တဲ့အခါ computer devicesေတြ၊ hardwareေတြ၊ softwareေတြ၊ ဆက္သြယ္မႈနည္းလမ္းေတြဟာ အဆင္ေျပေျပနဲ႔ ဆက္သြယ္ေပါင္းဆက္အသုံးျပဳႏိုင္ေအာင္ Standard Rule (ဘုံဥပေဒသ)ဆိုတာလိုပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ - ASUS ကထုတ္လုပ္လိုက္တဲ့ motherboard မွာပါတဲ့ Memory Slot မွာ Kingston Memory ကိုအသုံးျပဳႏိုင္ဖို႔ PIN number ဘယ္ေလာက္ရွိရမယ္၊ PINေတြရဲ့ အရြယ္အစားဟာဘယ္ေလာက္ရွိရမယ္ စတဲ့ Standard ေတြကို လိုက္နာရပါလိမ့္မယ္။ အလားတူပဲ Cisco ကထုတ္လုပ္လိုက္တဲ့ Router port မွာ AMP network connector ကိုအသုံးျပဳႏိုင္ဖို႔ Connector PIN အရြယ္အစား၊ Send PIN၊ Receive PINေတြအလုပ္လုပ္ပုံဟာ Standard တစ္ခုအတိုင္းျဖစ္ေနမွသာ အဆင္ေျပမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒါေၾကာင့္ International Standards Organization (ISO) ကေန Networking မွာအေျခခံက်လွတဲ့ OSI Seven Layer Model ဆိုျပီး Standard တစ္ခုကို စံ ျပဳခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။

OSI Seven Layer အေၾကာင္းကို ေနာက္ပိုစ့္မွာ ဆက္လက္ေရးသားသြားပါ့မယ္။

Cisco wayof troubleshooting IP addressing


1. Loopback address
2. IP address of Local Host
3. Default Gateway
4. Remote Host

After that, Cisco recommends, try to figure out the valid and invalid hosts in your network!
