Mom, you nurtured me for nine months
Mom, you suffered a lot for me.

Mom, you are always there to advise me
On my daily problems.

Mom, you are the first word I spoke
Mom, because that word means love.

Mom, from far away and from up close
You deserve to be praised.

Mom, each day should be your celebration
Since you play a major role in our creation.

Mom, nothing can replace you
Mom, how can I ever thank you
For all that you have given me.

Mom, it is an eternal debt
That I will carry into heaven.

DAD,
When I was born
You were there to catch me when I fall,
Whenever and wherever ,
When I said my first words ,
You were there for me ,
to teachme the whole dictionary if need be .
When I took my first steps ,
You were there to encourage me on .
When I had my first day at school,
You were there to give me advice and
help me with my homework.
I still havent finished school
or walked down the aisle , or had my first child .
But I know you will be there for me
through all these times and more , the good and bad.
So I just wrote to say .....

God showers His grace

Don’t quit!

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,

When the road you are trudging seems all uphill,

When the funds are low and the debts are high,

And you want to smile but you have to sigh,

When care is pressing you down a bit,

Rest, if you must........ but don't you quit!

Life is queer with its twists and turns,

As every one of us sometimes learns,

And many a failure turns about

When he might have won had he stuck it out;

Don't give up, though the pace seems slow........

You might succeed with another blow….

Success is failure turned inside out......

The silver tint of the clouds of doubt......

And you can never tell how close you are,

It may be near when it seems afar;

So stick to the fight when you are hardest hit.....

It's when things get worse that you mustn't quit!

People are unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Love them anyway.

 

If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Do good anyway.

 

If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies.
Succeed anyway.

 

Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable.
Be honest and frank anyway.

 

The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

 

The biggest people with the biggest  ideas can be shot down by the smallest people with the smallest minds.
Think big anyway.

 

People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs.
Fight for some underdogs anyway.

 

What you spent years building may be destroyed overnight.
Build anyway.

 

Give the world the best you have and you'll get kicked in the teeth.
Give the world the best you've got anyway.

Ideas......

Treat ideas like newborn babies.

Treat them tenderly…

They can get killed pretty quickly

Treat them gently…

They can be bruised in infancy.

Treat them respectfully…

They could be the most valuable things

That ever came into your life.

Treat them protectively…

Don't let them get away.

Treat them nutritionally…

Feed them, and feed them well.

Treat them antiseptically…

Don't let them get infected with the gems

Of negative thoughts.

Treat them responsibly!

Respond!

             Do something with them !
